When should I place my order?
Can you deliver at a specific time?
Not guaranteed, but will definitely do our best to fit your time. Put the instruction under note. For example, "Deliver between 6-7pm, she will be back from work."
What if no one is home?
Our bouquet will all be wrapped with moisture so there should not be an issue. It can be left at the door or somewhere under the shades at the property. However, a phone call or a message will definitely be left to inform the recipient.
My delivery suburb isn't listed, what can I do?
If your suburb is not listed, we may still offer delivery to that area! Do contact us for further information, we can work that out! Here's a map to show where we could deliver.
Where do we deliver to?
We deliver anywhere in Newcastle area, generally a 20km radius from our floral studio at Macquarie Hills.
Can I just walk-in and purchase?
Unfortunately we prepare our flowers based on pre-orders. We do not have a display rack for walk ins nor ready-stock bouquets, however if you like to pick up on the same day do contact us to arrange time.
Can the card message length be longer?
Our cards are slightly larger than a standard business card. Therefore, the number of words you may put in is limited. We recommend around 25-30 words. But Less is More Right? :P
How do I make my flowers last longer?
Always cut the stems before you put them in water and keep the leaves above the water level by stripping them back at the base.
Freshly cut flowers will last longer too if you feed them properly. Add 1/4 teaspoon bleach per 1 litre of vase water. Alternately, 3 drops bleach and 1 teaspoon sugar in 1 litre water would do the tricks too.
How do I know what size bouquet should I get?
We mainly have 3 sizes; Signature, Premium and Deluxe. Take a look at this :)
What is the quality of your blooms like?
Rest assured! We pride ourselves not just on our service but the quality of our products. We only source the freshest and best blooms from our suppliers, have the most professional florist for your arrangements and ensure that flowers are delivered to you in the best condition possible.
If the bouquet you received has yellowish stains on the outer layer, DO NOT PANIC, that's perfectly normal as the outer layer are the protection layers of the bloom. Simply pluck them away :)
Can I add alcohol to the order?
Of course you can! As long as you and the recipient are over the age of 18. Our driver may ask for a proof of ID before delivery is made.
